3. That company — not this website — sets availability, price, insurance handling, and whether they can arrive the same day.
4. You decide whether to hire them. Ask for the company name, Georgia license, and proof of insurance before work begins.

What this site does not do

• We do not perform extraction, drying, mold, flood, fire, or sewage work.
• We do not employ technicians or operate local restoration offices.
• We do not choose the contractor and we cannot guarantee who answers.
• We do not warrant licenses, IICRC credentials, or response times of the unknown assignee.
